Are you a women - in many ways highly accomplished - who “survived” an unsupportive childhood and has gotten far, who wants to thrive at a deeper level?
Perhaps you have done therapy in the past. You know how much you’ve accomplished. But now, you are dealing with anxiety, bodily symptoms of stress, and self destructive patterns showing up in certain areas of life, like your relationships, that you don’t want to ignore. Perhaps you notice that habits of overwhelm, lead you to continue to avoid or waffle in certain areas. Or you’re seeing the toll of your mental health on your physical health. You are worried, reactive or withdrawn. It’s effecting your relationships. You want to be more empowered to take on challenges and claim your voice.

As a second generation Chinese American, I am sensitive to issues involving culture, social injustice, marginalization and childhood trauma.
I recognize the real impacts of social injustice on mental health and physical health, and the urgency to work this through. As a therapist, I strive to support you to address these issues in a culturally sensitive, at the core level, in a way that honors the impact on both mind and body.
I welcome diverse clients whose lives have travelled a non-linear “out of the box” path.
I am seeing clients for telehealth video therapy in California and beyond, while my offices in Northern CA are on hold.
