Integrative psychotherapy brings together the most effective elements and convergence of mind body, depth and relational therapy. My approach is

  • Inclusive of mind and body, supporting wholeness and integration

  • Culturally sensitive and social justice oriented

SOMATIC - valuing body, movement, gesture and tracking mind/body awareness including eye contact, expressions, nonverbal communication

RELATIONAL - sees healing emerging in a safe relationship, and also learning in the relationship

ATTACHMENT FOCUSED - recognizes the role of early relationships in life effecting the style of adult relationships, and also the processes needed to build secure relationships

EXISTENTIAL and CULTURALLY SENSITIVE - respects your voice, perspective, and unique way of being in the world, as well as your unique way of finding a meaningful path

RELATIONAL ANALYTICALLY INFLUENCED - recognizes conscious and unconscious influences, and how are uniquely shaped through your history, personal destiny and your relationships, including the therapy relationship.
